Case study: Forces acting on the transformer’s windings

Task:

• Analyze the stray electromagnetic fields around the windings composed of the fields produced by the excitation currents and magnetization of the core,
• Calculate and compare the forces in the case that  SC failure appears a.) on the phase R, and b.) on the phase S.
